José Cuervo is a brand of tequila produced by Tequila Cuervo La Rojeña, owned by the Beckmann family and bottled in Jalisco, Mexico.
Cuervo Anejo 1800 Tequila is aged mainly in French oak and partly in American oak, for up to 3 years in total. The term 1800 is in recognition of the year aged tequila was first sold.
Cuervo Anejo 1800 Tequila has dark amber, coppery color and offers an aroma of oak combined with caramel, vanilla, toasted coconut, spicy mineral, ripe fruit and orange rind. Its taste in the mouth is spicy, rich and smooth, and its finish is round and pleasing.
